Delivery Timeframes

Courier Partners

  • Aramex: door-to-door delivery
  • PAXI: collection points

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, high order volumes, or peak periods such as sales events.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders above R750
  • Flat fee of R100 for orders below R750
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout

Tracking or collection details are sent after dispatch.

Weekends and Public Holidays

  • Orders are not processed or shipped

7. Returns and Refunds
