Return Window

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Refund & Exchange Options

You may choose between:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Exchange for another item or size

We process refunds within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail. We do not accept returns in-store or at drop-off locations.

Return Instructions

  1. Email us at info@golazo.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags included.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or mis-shipped.
  5. Once received, we’ll process your refund or send an exchange within 5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a prepaid return label (download and print) and cover the return shipping cost. You may request a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Personalized or custom jerseys
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Discounted or clearance items

Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective or mis-shipped items).
  • Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt or tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.
