Return Window

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  •  With all original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Refund & Exchange Options

You may choose between:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Exchange for another item or size

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Processing times for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Return an Item

All returns are handled by mail. We do not accept returns in-store or at unauthorized drop-off locations.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@golazo.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return authorization and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags included.
  • Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once received, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
You may choose a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Personalized or custom jerseys
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Discounted or clearance items

Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective or incorrect items).
  • Please use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Returns without prior authorization may be declined.
