Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all orders delivered within South Africa.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
Returns are assessed against these criteria.
Partial refunds apply if items show signs of use, damage, or missing components. The refund amount is reduced based on the item’s condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom items
- Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page before purchase
- Discounted or clearance items, unless defective or incorrect

Return Process
- Email info@golazo.co.za with your order number and reason
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship using a trackable courier service
Returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender or experience processing delays.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers pay return shipping for non-defective items
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
- Estimated return shipping cost: R80–R120, depending on courier and location
- Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection
- Inspection is completed within 2 business days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Payment providers may take 3–10 business days to reflect funds
Refunds include the item price only, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or item changes
- Subject to stock availability
- Processed within 3–5 business days after return inspection
Defective or Incorrect Items
Report defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number
- Provide clear photos of the issue
We provide a prepaid return label.
You may choose:
- Full refund, including original shipping
- Exchange at no additional cost

Shipping Risk Responsibility
Customers must use a trackable courier service.
If a return is lost or damaged in transit, claims are reviewed using courier tracking and proof of shipment.
