- Fulfilment Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- We deliver using trusted courier partners:

- PAXI – (Collection from designated pick-up points)

Shipping Costs
- Free nationwide shipping on orders above R750.00.
- A flat shipping fee of R100.00 applies to orders below R750.00.
- All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Tracking or collection details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Public Holidays & Weekends
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
