- Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off are processed the next business day

- Flat rate of R100.00 for orders below R750.00

- PAXI – collection from designated pick-up points
- Courier selection is based on delivery location and availability

- Tracking or collection details are sent once your order is dispatched
Delivery Issues
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details
- We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information
- Failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us
- Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee
